MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry recently asked her panel of guests, including Milano’s own Nina Khrushcheva, if Republicans would want anyone as inexperienced as Ben Carson or Donald Trump as president during times of potential war.
During the segment, Harris-Perry and Khrushcheva jokingly agreed that Trump would be a good candidate to deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin because he is “Putin-ish” himself. Khrushcheva jested, “Trump Tower in the Red Square has been Trump’s dream for [over a quarter of a century]!”, while Harris-Perry added, “They’re both, like, ripping off their shirt and riding horses,” causing quite a stir on sites like the conservative news and opinion website Breitbart , who picked up the segment but seemed to have missed the joke- taking it as an endorsement of sorts.
