We know that problems unsubscribing from a list are frustrating. We ask that you remain patient while we work to improve our current system.
In the meantime, if you have followed the unsubscribe instructions in section II.iv of the Milano Communications Guide and are still having problems verify that you are sending the unsubscribe request from the same email account originally used to subscribe to the list. For example, if you subscribed to a list from your New School email account and then set up email forwarding to a personal account you must send the unsubscribe command from your New School account and not the account emails are forwarded to. Please review section II.i of the Milano Communications Guide for more detailed instructions.
Note: List subscribers expect to receive the type of content that list is meant to distribute and are inconvenienced when they receive other types of content. Help us continue to use our lists as a beneficial community tool by verifying you have chosen the relevant list to distribute your content before sending. Please review section II.iv of the Milano Communications Guide if you are unsure of which list to use. It is rarely necessary to cc all lists when sending an announcement.
