Career Path: Patrick spent six years as Chief Statistician and Assistant Director of Measure of America, a project of the Social Science Research Council. Patrick has also worked as a consultant to United Nations agencies and various non-profit organizations, and taught in the Child and Youth Studies Program at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. 

Published Research: Patrick has authored or coauthored eleven journal articles, book chapters and working papers on the measurement of well-being, development and human rights. He has presented his research at academic and public events across the United States, Canada and Japan.
