Student Spotlight: Zoe Hamstead Wins Competitive EPA Award

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAZoé Hamstead, a student in the Public and Urban Policy PhD program, has been awarded a highly competitive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) STAR Fellowship to fund her dissertation research. Hamstead will receive $84,000 over two years to cover her tuition and research expenses; she is one of 105 students nationally to win the award.
