Dr. Latha Poonamallee Presents at Tristate Diversity & Leadership Conference

At the 2018 Tristate Diversity & Leadership conference, Latha Poonamallee spoke on “How might we cultivate emotional intelligence? Shifting mental models and deep cognitive structures using neuroscience insights.” 

Latha is the Chair of Milano Management and Associate Professor of Management and Social Innovation. She researchers leadership and process dynamics of change and innovation that challenge established assumptions and advances new ways of organizing. She teaches classes in change management and innovation. She will be teaching a new course in Managing Technology Innovation, the first of its kinds in the New School in Spring 2019.

Dr. Poonamallee received her Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from the Department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University, U.S.A. She focuses on leadership, partnerships, and processes of change and innovation. She consults with international for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
