There is an upcoming luncheon event on the topic of “Infrastructures for Peace: Emerging Trends and Lessons.” The event will take place at the International Peace Institute, 777 United Nations Plaza, on July 29th, 2013 from 12:30-2.30 pm.
The forum will highlight lessons and recommendations in establishing infrastructures for peace and will present national experiences from Ghana and Kenya. It will feature presentations by representatives from the Permanent Missions of Ghana and Kenya by Ms. Erin McCandless, Chief Editor of the Journal of Peacebuilding and Development Jordan Ryan, Assistant Administrator.
