“An Evening on The Silk Road,” part of the New School’s ongoing Silk Road Research Initiative, uses food ‘as the main venue for understanding how people thought, acted, behaved and related to one another on The Silk Road.’ The June 2015 short course is open to the general population, not for credit and not part of any degree offering.
